EPAL Have we overcome the crisis?

As trends of EPAL licencees’ figures regarding remedial maintenance and production are revealing, the overall situation seems to get back slowly to an easing of tension after the crisis. While during the last months of the year 2008, all countries suffered significant losses, the situation has improved noticeably, and in the second half of 2009, much better results could be obtained in comparison to what was feared at the beginning of the year.

On the whole, EPAL expects the results of the 2009 annual financial report to be comparable to those from 2007, and the data on remedial maintenance are likely to be a lot better.

Que l'évolution des chiffres de détenteurs de licences EPAL »concernant l'entretien de réparation et de production sont révélatrices, la situation globale semble revenir lentement à un apaisement des tensions après la crise. Alors que pendant les derniers mois de l'année 2008, tous les pays ont souffert de pertes importantes, la situation s'est sensiblement améliorée et, dans la seconde moitié de 2009, de bien meilleurs résultats pourraient être obtenus en comparaison à ce qui était craint au début de l'année.

Dans l'ensemble, EPAL attend les résultats du rapport annuel 2009 financier à être comparables à celles de 2007, et les données sur la maintenance corrective sont susceptibles d'être beaucoup mieux.
